Key Responsibilities:
- Led the end-to-end development, maintenance, and operational support of mission-critical SAS platforms for the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), ensuring high availability and providing occasional after-hours support.
- Spearheaded new IT initiatives and projects, incorporating emerging technologies, while managing vendors and seamlessly coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drove the full solution lifecycle - from gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing robust technical solutions, to developing, implementing, and delivering high-impact applications.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor Degtree in Computer Engineering / IT / Related Disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in SAS-related areas. Strong and hands-on experience with: - SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) - SAS Web Report Studio - SAS Portal - SAS Web OLAP Viewer - Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proven experience in SAS server setup, configuration, and maintenance. Experience in developing ETL jobs.
- Proficient in Cantonese & English
