Title: Associate Consultant

Salary Range: £40000-£45000 (depending on experience)

Contract Length: 6 months with possibility of Extension

Location: 2-3 days a week onsite in London

Role Profile: We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Deloitte Managed Solutions team. You will support our clients with the day-to-day running of end-to-end customer facing operations, providing operations, project management, business analysis and PMO support to help our clients deliver outcomes efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a desire to take on responsibility, and the confidence to work independently with multiple stakeholders. Candidates with 2+ years’ relevant experience in Financial Services, Government & Public Services or Energy are encouraged to apply.

  • Sector & Delivery Experience: 2+ years’ experience working in regulated and/or complex environments such as Financial Services, Government & Public Services, or Energy is desirable. This includes a good understanding of the operational processes and governance typical of these industries.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidence interacting with multiple stakeholders, managing competing requests, and communicating priorities, risks and dependencies effectively to drive collective performance.
  • Risk & Controls: Understanding of risk management approaches and common tools such as RAID logs, issue management and control tracking is desirable.
  • Documentation & Visualisation: Experience creating high-quality presentations and process maps to support decision-making and operational improvement is desirable.

Applicants will be expected to travel occasionally for client engagements (primarily UK-based), which may include short notice visits aligned to delivery needs. The role also involves spending regular time in our London office to collaborate face-to-face with the wider team and build relationships with key stakeholders.
