As an Assistant Headteacher you will aim to achieve the highest possible standards and outcomes for the pupils as a member of the senior management team. Responsible for the implementation of effective policies and procedures that support the high standards of educational. Minimum Requirements

• QTS or QTLS Qualification
• Have similar SLT experience in an SEN environment
• Up to date OFSTED and knowledge of the SEN education sector and desired outcomes.
• Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience.

• Collaborate with the headteacher to clearly articulate, disseminate, ensure understanding of, and effectively implement the school’s vision among all stakeholders.
• Prioritise pupil achievement, safety, and well-being as the core focus of all school activities.
• Foster a culture of challenge and support to empower every student to succeed and actively engage in their learning journey.
• Articulate and uphold high expectations by setting ambitious targets for the entire school community.
• Exemplify the school’s values consistently through daily work and actions.
