Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and agree on the scope of services for projects.
- Manage and supervise junior resources while progressing multiple projects.
- Lead hydraulic modelling and data analysis to support project delivery.
- Produce high-quality client-facing reports and presentations.
- Engage in bidding and work-winning activities.
- Support project managers and directors in delivering strategic infrastructure projects.
- Ensure adherence to project procedures, including financial and change control.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering; ideally an MSc or further qualification.
- Chartered status with CIWEM or ICE.
- Proven experience in 1D-2D modelling using relevant software.
- Significant experience in flood risk analyses for planning and design.
- Strong GIS analytical skills in ArcGIS, MapInfo, and QGIS.
- Programming skills in Python and/or R, as well as VBA or similar scripts.
- Experience in developing and leading technical teams.
- Track record of project delivery and performance.
