Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice, support, and guidance to line managers and supervisors on employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Deliver effective ER advice through a combination of telephone support, direct assistance, and written documentation.
- Maintain an ER department project plan, identifying key milestones and reporting any deviations to the management team.
- Produce timely and well-structured reports for various stakeholders, including the Joint Partnership Group.
- Conduct project-related research and inquiries to support the Senior ER Officer in project delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate necessary changes in policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating and updating ER procedures and maintain accurate ER documentation.
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and record management.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an HR environment, particularly in supporting managers with people management issues.
- Strong communication skills, enabling the delivery of clear, customer-focused guidance.
- The ability to work independently while effectively multitasking and supporting team members.

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and software packages, including spreadsheets and word processing.
