Summary: The Assistant Director - Compliance Delivery at Paradigm is a pivotal role focused on ensuring property compliance across all assets and equipment during a period of organizational change. This position involves the development and management of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering a safe and customer-centric service. The role requires collaboration with various functions and regular engagement with executive leadership and regulatory bodies. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at enhancing compliance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver robust and auditable property compliance servicing, inspection, and upgrade regimes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and best practice policy requirements.
- Create, review, and manage property compliance policies, strategies, and procedures.
- Monitor Building Safety Cases and manage investigations and works delivery.
- Liaise with Development regarding building latent defects claims and rectification.
- Engage with executive leadership, committees, boards, and regulatory bodies.
