Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of desktop equipment, laptops, and mobile devices as part of a major regional asset replacement programme.
- Perform full software builds and imaging on laptops and desktops to ensure technical readiness for field officers.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, from initial configuration in the CMDB to secure equipment disposal.
- Deploy and provide technical troubleshooting for specialized hardware, including Body Worn Video (BWV) cameras.
- Collaborate directly with Senior IT Technical Teams to resolve complex hardware and software connectivity issues.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in building, deploying, and troubleshooting IT hardware (Laptops, Desktops, and Mobile Devices).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite and a solid understanding of OS deployment principles.
- Must possess a valid UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel between regional sites.
- High level of residency compliance (3+ years continuous UK residency) to meet strict Police Vetting Criteria.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and a proactive "can-do" attitude toward technical problem-solving.
