What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and assessing contractor and subcontractor variations.
- Reviewing and administering compensation events under NEC3 contracts.
- Supporting contract administration activities across the project.
- Monitoring contractor performance against contractual obligations.
- Supporting commercial governance and risk management processes.
- Attending commercial meetings with contractors and key stakeholders.
- Supporting negotiations and resolution of commercial issues.
- Reviewing programme submissions and supporting programme narratives.
- Assisting with applications for payment and valuation activities.
- Verifying claims against contractual rates, forecasts and completed works.
- Maintaining robust commercial records and audit trails.
- Supporting procurement and supplier management activities where required.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with practical, hands-on commercial experience, rather than a candidate whose experience is primarily academic or qualification-based.
