Summary: The Assistant Buyer & Sub Contract Co-ordinator role at Skanska involves providing comprehensive supply chain coordination and administration support to the Procurement Department and project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team in preparation and administration of orders through Oracle.
- Manage and monitor supply chain insurance policies/certificates and create a central register for tracking.
- Record, issue, and collect returns for construction contracts issued to the supply chain.
- Record and monitor supply chain KPIs for reporting to the procurement team.
- Organise and support the issue of any 360 KPI requirements.
- Record, issue, and monitor PPQ requirements and liaise with relevant parties for approval.
- Assist in the collection and provision of data to inform project/department reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure their timely completion.
- Track supply chain workload.
- Carry out supply chain relationship tracking, coordination, and records (SRM through Salesforce or other).
- Perform general administration duties.
- Support the procurement team through valued project visits to determine and understand supply chain requirements and knowledge.
Key Skills:
- Computer literate in Word & Excel, Docusign, and purchasing (Oracle) systems.
- Administrative experience, preferably in a construction or facilities environment.
- Ability to work accurately to agreed timescales and prioritize workload as required.
- Self-starter, dynamic with the ability to work independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.

Our Building Services team are looking for an Assistant Buyer & Sub Contract Co-ordinator to join the team at our head office in Leavesden. The purpose of the role will be to provide an effective and comprehensive supply chain co-ordination and administration service to the Procurement Department, and associated project and bidding teams.
What you’ll do:

What you’ll bring to the role:
