Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Buyer and wider team in the end-to-end buying process
- Raise and manage purchase orders and ensure accurate data entry
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track product deliveries and resolve issues
- Analyse sales data and market trends to help inform buying decisions
- Assist in sample management, product selection, and range planning
- Coordinate with merchandising, design, and logistics teams
- Attend fit sessions and support with product sign-off and approvals
Key Skills:
- 1+ year experience in a buying, merchandising, or retail head office environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in working with data and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
