The role
As an Assistant Building Custodian, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing and delivering support to the Gunnery School within the Precision Gunnery Training Equipment (PGTE) Building. Day-to-day, you’ll co-ordinate the allocation of training resources, as well as:

  • Maintain records of building repairs and record and control Equipment Failure Report (EFR) action
  • Maintain equipment/stores including building and furnishings arranging for repairs/ replacement as and when required
  • Conduct spot, quarterly, half yearly and annual checks as required by the Authority
  • Conduct the task of accommodation Contract Cleaning
  • Monitor for the PGTE building

This role is full time and based onsite at our Bovington site.

Essential experience of the Assistant Building Custodian:
Ability to be part of an instructional support team
Ability to work unsupervised
