Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and challenge assumptions in asset and wealth management.
- Lead technical delivery and manage programmes related to AWM technology implementations and data transformations.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements across data environments.
- Manage technical workstreams across various phases including SIT, UAT, and data migration.
- Maintain strong client presence and lead technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Work in fast-paced programme environments and contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Delivery Lead in asset management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AWM front-to-back processes and platforms.

SR2 Consulting has secured delivery positions within a leading global financial services consultancy across a number of won programmes mobilising in July 2026. We are now actively looking for experienced, client-facing professionals who have operated at the intersection of data, technology and asset or wealth management - people who can shape thinking at the Front End and drive delivery through to outcome.
Business Analyst - AWM Data & TransformationWe are looking for BAs who can go beyond requirements gathering - practitioners who understand the AWM operating model deeply enough to challenge client assumptions and shape the right solution from day one.
What we are looking for:
- Proven BA experience on data programmes within asset management, wealth management or investment management
- Strong understanding of AWM front-to-back processes including portfolio management, reporting, client servicing and operations
- Hands-on experience with one or more AWM platforms: Aladdin (BlackRock), Avaloq, State Street Alpha, Northern Trust Whole Office, Charles River IMS, SimCorp Dimension, Temenos WealthSuite or Broadridge
- Comfortable translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements across structured and unstructured data environments
- Confident stakeholder management at all levels - from operations through to C-suite - with the ability to challenge constructively where needed
- Experience working across data migration, platform implementation, regulatory reporting or TOM design programmes
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and working in multi-workstream programme environments
We are looking for technical delivery professionals who can bridge the gap between business intent and technology execution on complex AWM programmes - people who understand the platforms, the data landscape and the client environment well enough to lead delivery without being led by it.
What we are looking for:
- Technical delivery or programme management experience on AWM technology implementations or data transformation programmes
- Platform experience across one or more of: Aladdin (BlackRock), Avaloq, State Street Alpha/GX/Lending, Northern Trust Whole Office, Charles River IMS, SimCorp Dimension, Broadridge, Temenos, FNZ or equivalent
- Understanding of AWM data architecture, data warehousing, reporting infrastructure and integration patterns between custodian and Front Office platforms
- Track record of managing technical workstreams across SIT, UAT, data migration and cutover in complex, multi-vendor environments
- Strong client presence - able to lead technical conversations with senior stakeholders and articulate risk, progress and decisions clearly
- Experience across regulatory or compliance-driven programmes (MiFID II, EMIR, AIFMD, Solvency II) a strong advantage
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern data tooling in an AWM context
- Senior enough to operate independently with clients from day one
- Genuinely consultative - not order takers, but people who add shape and thinking to the work
- Comfortable in fast-moving programme environments where the brief is not always fully formed
- Track record of delivery in regulated financial services environments
- Open to contract or associate-based engagement models
