  • Development and population of relevant information on to the company’s in-house asset management platform (AMP).
  • Asset onboarding.
  • Ad hoc domestic travel in the UK, as required.

We have been asked to assist them with the recruitment of full-time and permanent installation teams from across all regions of the United Kingdom. The business founded in 2007 to become a leading market participant in the international solar sector is looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst / Assistant Commercial Manager to work Hybrid - 2 days office (London), 3 days remote. THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial & ESG team to refine our renewable energy asset management services and systems. We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst / Assistant Commercial Manager to strengthen our UK team, build efficiencies and transform ways of working. Each day will be different from managing SPV revenues, contracts and client interaction through to insurance renewals and claims management, alongside providing regulatory support and ESG delivery to assets in the UK.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • This will be an integral role in the team, including:
  • Management of energy sales (Power Purchase Agreements) with off-takers and UK government incentive schemes (e.g. ROC / FIT).
  • Contract management renewals, tendering, issuing notices, obligations, etc. related to individual solar farm companies (SPA, Lease, PPA, O&M, EPC, etc) and understanding of lender requirements associated with contracts.
  • Supporting management of regulatory audits
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, social, governance (ESG) and community relations obligations and requirements.
  • Management of land lease agreements and relationships with landlords.
  • Development and population of relevant information on to the company’s in-house asset management platform (AMP)
  • Asset onboarding
  • Ad hoc domestic travel in the UK, as required.
