Summary: The Asset Information Manager (BIM) role is a 7-month contract based in Leeds, focusing on enhancing digital asset management within a public sector organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and assurance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and asset information.
  • Ensure high-quality digital data supports smarter estate management throughout the full asset lifecycle.
  • Work closely with project teams, facilities management, and supply chain partners.
  • Drive best practice in ISO 19650, BIM standards, and digital transformation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong BIM and Asset Information Management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 19650, AIR, EIR, and COBie.
  • Advanced Autodesk Revit and Navisworks skills.
  • Experience with Common Data Environments (Asite, ACC, ProjectWise, BIM 360, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS integration and digital asset management.
  • Experience leading stakeholders, quality assurance, and digital information governance.

This is a *Leeds*based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on * driving best practice in ISO 19650, BIM standards and digital transformation *

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Information Manager to join a major UK public sector estates programme, helping shape the future of digital asset management across one of the UK's largest property portfolios.

You'll lead the development and assurance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and asset information, ensuring high-quality digital data supports smarter estate management throughout the full asset lifecycle. Working closely with project teams, facilities management and supply chain partners, you'll drive best practice in ISO 19650, BIM standards and digital transformation.
