Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and assurance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and asset information.
- Ensure high-quality digital data supports smarter estate management throughout the full asset lifecycle.
- Work closely with project teams, facilities management, and supply chain partners.
- Drive best practice in ISO 19650, BIM standards, and digital transformation.
Key Skills:
- Strong BIM and Asset Information Management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 19650, AIR, EIR, and COBie.
- Advanced Autodesk Revit and Navisworks skills.
- Experience with Common Data Environments (Asite, ACC, ProjectWise, BIM 360, etc.).
- Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS integration and digital asset management.
- Experience leading stakeholders, quality assurance, and digital information governance.
