The Opportunity: Asset Care Engineering Manager/Site Services Manager (Northwich/Bread)

Job Purpose

Planning, evaluating , managing the maintenance of the Northwich sites Critical AA Assets, Site Services and Morning Goods plant’s production equipment, electrical systems and utilities across the site infrastructure to ensure compliant and environmental safety regulations are met

What You Will Contribute

Leadership, Management and planning of the CMMS maintain data and, analysis data to Measure MTBF, MTTR, to achieve defined performance standards. Delivery of all appropriate People/Development targets (e.g. KPIs, Climate Survey,) Plan, organise the resources to ensure PM schedules completions. Site Inspections Support Short Interval Control for MG, and daily shift review meetings with Shift Managers. Reactive maintenance resources are focussed on maximising plant up time. Budget control of services, SLA’s contracts, spares, labour cost. Dynamic task risk assessment, LOTO and engineering safe systems of work. Ensure all engineering reactive/proactive activity and all parts used must be captured within the CMMS systems Identify SPF (Single Points of Failure), risk mitigations plans, costed and lead times. Responsible for ensuring legal compliance to our Safety Policy, Regulatory standards and internal standards, delivery of all legislative and H&S requirements Lead cross functional loss deployment teams for Machine Breakdowns, minor stops and speed restrictions to achieve loss reduction

What You Will Bring
