Summary: The Art Buying Coordinator role is a contract position based in London, focusing on supporting the Art Buying team in managing various design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in illustration and animation, along with design experience, to help maintain project trackers and assist in presentations. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an accurate project status tracker across all of Art Buying’s live projects (50+ at any given time)
- Presentation & Keynote support - requiring strong design skills to ensure our decks are brand aligned, consistent and clean
- Artist Research - maintain and update internal artist database and track emerging illustrators, motion designers and visual talent
- Sourcing all live work for our internal newsletters
- Maintaining our Art Buying Hub resources and templates up to date
- Identifying recurring inefficiencies in current process and suggesting improvements
Key Skills:

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in illustration and animation with design experience to support our Art Buying team. This role would suit someone that is highly organised, excited about current design trends and comfortable using photoshop and keynote
