Job Description CPM have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team as an Area Sales Team Manager. You will be working with leading FMCG brands and managing a team of tactical agents on our Flex Team. Salary £34,000 +10% bonus and company car. Ideal location: Leeds, United Kingdom, LS1 Territory covering: Blackburn, Bradford, Bolton, Darlington, Durham, Doncaster, Blackpool, Huddersfield, Harrogate, Halifax, Lancaster, Lincoln, Leeds, Manchester, Oldham, Preston, Sheffield, Sunderland, Teeside, Wakefield, York and surrounding areas CPM partner with some of the biggest household brands and your team will be working across these accounts calling into selected retailers to increase sales and visibility of our client’s products.

A Typical week as an Area Sales Team Manager will include:

  • Ensuring you team are delivering against all KPI’s for the multiple campaigns running at any given time.
  • Ensuring you have enough resource to deliver each campaign, supporting the recruitment team with local recruitment.
  • Coaching and developing your team via field accompaniments, providing support and guidance to improve performance.
  • Building and retaining a trusted bank of temporary workers within your region who you can rely on, giving you access to flexible resource to manage any sickness and holidays.
  • Building great working relationships across the wider team including Client Service, Operations, HR and any other appropriate support departments.
  • Looking constantly at how things can be improved to drive efficiencies.

What we offer:

  • £34,000 per annum + company car +10% bonus.
  • 5 days per week, Monday and Friday, with working hours generally between 9:00am and 5:30pm. Some flexibility is expected.
  • Occasional ad hoc weekend work may be required, for which time off in lieu will be provided.
