We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of the iconic Volkswagen Passenger Cars Network Sales Team as an Area Sales Manager. This is a full time fixed term contract for 12 months. It is a field-based role covering the South Coast and West London area. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, ensuring strategic alignment, and strengthening relationships with our Volkswagen Network Partners. You'll work closely with leadership teams across your Network Partners to support and shape their short, medium, and long-term plans, ensuring they are fully aligned and integrated with the Volkswagen brand strategy. Now is a truly exceptional time to join the Volkswagen brand. As we prepare to launch the next generation T-Roc in early 2026. We are also on the cusp of a major product revolution, with an exciting wave of electric vehicles set to dramatically enhance the accessibility of EV ownership and bring electric mobility to the mainstream. Skills & experience you can bring to the role: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within the retailer businesses and brand, in a variety of business settings. A thorough understanding of the core processes necessary to deliver retailer excellence in your specified area. A practical level of business financial Internal awareness. Ability to provide valued input and insight at a retailer operational level whilst at the same time recognising areas of risk and opportunity for the retailer or brand. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate to all stakeholders. Excellent influencing skills. Previous proven sales experience.
