Summary: The Area Manager (Topsides Engineering) role involves overseeing the compliance of the Contractor’s Topsides Engineering team with contract requirements and industry standards for a major oil and gas operator. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of the Contractor’s Topsides Engineering team with contract requirements, codes, and standards.
• Plan and schedule engineering deliverables for efficient project execution.
• Participate in design workshops and ensure implementation of design recommendations.
• Supervise engineering interfaces between Topsides, Onshore Facilities, and Pipeline engineering.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts for Topsides Engineering delivery.
• Ensure compliance with management of change procedures for design changes.

Key Skills:

• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience as Engineering Manager in the oil and gas industry.
• Broad knowledge of engineering execution, design standards, and offshore facilities.
• Previous experience in Greenfield engineering and execution.
