Strong expertise in MongoDB architecture, including sharding, replication, indexing, and performance tuning Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas or managing self-hosted clusters Proficiency with Linux environments and Shell scripting Familiarity with monitoring tools, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes Experience reviewing and optimizing Debezium deployment architectures, including Oracle connector configuration, Kafka integration, and downstream consumers Ability to analyze Oracle database setups for CDC compatibility, focusing on redo log configuration, supplemental logging, and necessary privileges Skills in evaluating connector performance, lag, error handling, and identifying bottlenecks or misconfigurations Strong analytical skills to produce detailed reports with findings, best practices, and actionable recommendations Optional: Support in implementing recommended changes and performance enhancements
