The role of Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician involves supporting the technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3-6 in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the technical delivery of projects across science, education, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and produce detailed Revit models and coordinated technical drawing packages
- Lead on specifications using NBS Chorus
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Assist with site coordination and monitor construction progress
Key Skills:
- Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with 5+ years’ experience in a UK practice
- Advanced proficiency in Revit / BIM workflows (essential)
- Experience using NBS Chorus for specifications
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong technical knowledge across RIBA Stages 3-6
- Site experience and confidence reviewing contractor information and construction progress
