Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD
• Work across RIBA Stages 4-6, focusing on the delivery and technical resolution of cladding systems
• Liaise closely with architects, façade consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and compliant detailing
• Address technical challenges and support the production of specifications and tender documentation
• Ensure compliance with current building regulations and fire safety standards

Key Skills:

• Proven experience working on cladding remediation or high-rise residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and façade/cladding systems
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
