Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on early design and development for mixed-use projects.
- Produce concept imagery, massing and zoning, presentation drawings, and 3D modelling.
- Render visuals and develop detail design packages for elements like façade, MEP, and landscaping.
- Present design ideas confidently both verbally and digitally.
Key Skills:
- Part II/architects/equivalent with a strong portfolio of global projects.
- Experience in mixed-use master planning and high-rise buildings.
- Strong modelling and computational skills in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape.
- Experience with Grasshopper preferred.
- Creative design thinking and presentation skills.

These are immediate opportunities for mid weight architectural designers and architects to work on the world's most exciting mixed use masterplans on a 3-6 month contract basis with the opportunity to continue.
Position: This is an exciting time to join one of the world’s leading design forces as they hire new teams for several significant and hugely anticipated international project wins. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the early design and development for a mixed-use project, working collectively with a talented team of visionaries to produce concept imagery, massing and zoning, presentation drawings, 3D modelling, rendering and visuals as well as getting into detail design packages for elements such as but not limited to façade, MEP and / or landscaping as the project develops.
Candidate: The successful candidates will be part II/architects/equivalent with a portfolio of cutting-edge projects on a global scale, ideally across mixed use master planning with high rise buildings beneficial. A focus on the UAE, South/East Asian regions would also be highly advantageous. Above all this firm are looking for exceptionally creative designers with their own ideas who are confident presenting these both verbally and digitally. Strong modelling and computational skills in Revit, Rhino & and rendering in Enscape is essential, with experience of Grasshopper preferred.
