Summary: An award-winning architectural practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Architect for a 6-month contract role, which is outside IR35. The position involves working on both UK and international residential and hospitality projects, primarily focused on pre-schematic design. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and be proficient in Revit, with familiarity in AutoCAD and Sketchup. The role allows for a hybrid working arrangement with one day per week from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using Revit whilst assisting with the delivery of varied schemes.
- Developing concepts and detailed design packages to construction documentation.
- Collaborating and delivering solutions with the wider multidisciplinary teams.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
- Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills.

Architect (Outside IR35) 6 Month Contract - Manchester based
An award winning practice in Manchester is looking for an experienced Architect to join them on a contractual basis, initially for 6 months. The role is outside IR35 offering a working from home policy of 1 day per week due to their collaborative structure. The role would involve working on both UK and international schemes in the residential and hospitality (hotels) sector, focused on the pre schematic design of most projects. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years professional experience and be a strong user of Revit, alongside being familiar with other associated software such as AutoCAD & Sketchup. You would have mixed experience in architectural projects including schemes related to the above.
Responsibilities
- Using Revit whilst assisting with the delivery of varied schemes.
