Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and mentoring of Early Careers population and the continuous improvement of departmental capabilities.
  • Champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects.

Key Skills:

  • Registered Architect (ARB/RIBA).
  • Demonstrable experience in Power, Custodial, or Defence sectors.
  • Excellent technical detailing ability in Revit 3D environment.
  • Proficient in Revit.

Detailed Description From Employer:

Our Architecture team has a great opportunity for a contract Architect to join the business, working on exciting and highly regulated projects in various sectors, including Defence, Custodial, and Power. As a registered Architect, you will have experience working on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects, producing distinctive architectural solutions and managing the delivery of technical design requirements across all RIBA stages. You will also have a good knowledge of the production of technical details and specifications. This role will benefit from someone who exhibits high levels of creativity, imagination, vision, and enthusiasm, and is not afraid to take a hands-on approach. This hybrid working role will require one day in the office, with the balance of work being remote. There may be the occasional requirement for on-site visits.

About You

  • You will be a registered Architect (ARB/ RIBA)
  • You will have demonstrable experience within one of the following sectors – Power, Custodial, or Defence
  • Excellent technical detailing ability through both scheme and detailed design project phases within a Revit 3D environment
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and standards
  • Ability to produce specifications
  • Must be willing and able to obtain SC clearance for the sectors these projects sit within
