APPRENTICESHIP - Road Logistics Sales Team- Starting October 2025

Summary: This apprenticeship role in the Road Logistics Sales Team at Kuehne + Nagel offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to gain practical experience while pursuing a Sales Level 4 Apprenticeship. The position involves engaging with a diverse customer base, processing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agents.
• Provide operational support for Sales Managers as needed.
• Liaise with relevant parties to organize the movement of goods.
• Handle issues during shipments and update clients or Sales Managers.
• Process sales and purchase invoices for the branch.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Make sales calls and onboard new customers.
• Attend customer offsite meetings.
• Analyze sales performance statistics and prepare customer review meetings.

Key Skills:

• Five GCSEs at grades 3 – 9 / A*-D including Maths & English.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
• Previous use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial.
