Summary: The Apprenticeship Recruitment Co-ordinator is responsible for fostering relationships with local businesses in Medway, Maidstone, and surrounding areas to create new apprenticeship opportunities. This role involves proactive advertisement of apprenticeship positions, matching potential trainees with employers, and supporting students transitioning into apprenticeships. The position also includes assisting apprentices throughout the application and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder relationships with businesses to generate apprenticeship opportunities.
- Proactively advertise apprenticeship employment opportunities.
- Source and match potential trainees/apprentices to local employer opportunities.
- Collaborate with curriculum colleagues to identify students for apprenticeship progression.
- Attract new students for apprenticeships at recruitment events.
- Support apprentices through the application to enrolment process.
