Key Responsibilities:

• Support, motivate, and coach learners through their apprenticeship program.
• Monitor and review learners in line with customer expectations.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines.
• Provide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on program requirements.
• Effectively record, plan, and track individual learner progress in accordance with reporting processes.
• Travel to visit vehicle mechanic learners at their workplaces four days a week.
• Perform administrative tasks from home one day a week.
