Key Responsibilities:
- Support, motivate, and coach learners through their apprenticeship program.
- Monitor and review learners in line with customer expectations.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines.
- Provide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on program requirements.
- Effectively record, plan, and track individual learner progress in accordance with reporting processes.
- Travel to visit vehicle mechanic learners at their workplaces four days a week.
- Perform administrative tasks from home one day a week.
Key Skills:
- Considerable experience in the vehicle mechanic field.
- Good understanding of work-based learning programs.
- Previous experience in the defence sector (desired but not essential).
