About the Role
As an Apprenticeship Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of approximately 60 apprentices across various programmes.
This isn't just an admin role; it's a chance to make a real impact by supporting programme delivery, coordinating exciting events, and facilitating recruitment activities.
What You'll Do:
- Apprenticeship Programme Support:
- Track reviews and deadlines, coordinate placement rotations, and monitor learning journeys.
- Chase managers and apprentices for documentation to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate programme records and administration.
- Events & Programme Projects:
- Lead logistics for Early Careers events, including Summer Connect and Winter team-building events.
- Manage event planning, speaker coordination, venue arrangements, and attendee bookings.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Lead with assessment centre administration, candidate management, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external recruitment events, including university careers fairs.
Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Early Careers, including recruitment, apprenticeships, or talent development.
Strong administration and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable chasing actions to drive task completion.

Early Careers Coordinator
Graduate Recruitment Coordinator
Talent Development Coordinator
HR Coordinator with Early Careers experience.
Location & Working Pattern:
Based in Warwick, with a hybrid working model (typically 2 days onsite per week, with flexibility during busy periods).
