Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in delivering projects valued at £250m across public and private sectors
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Ensuring adherence to internal governance
  • Managing and delivering construction projects
  • Developing works and resource management
  • Facilitating project progress meetings
  • Implementing change control management
  • Supporting senior staff in achieving business objectives

Key Skills:

  • Compliance with university’s minimum points requirement - 120 UCAS points
  • 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths, minimum grade C (grade 4) or equivalent
  • Keen interest in developing Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Desirable: Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle
