Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in delivering projects valued at £250m across public and private sectors
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Ensuring adherence to internal governance
- Managing and delivering construction projects
- Developing works and resource management
- Facilitating project progress meetings
- Implementing change control management
- Supporting senior staff in achieving business objectives
Key Skills:
- Compliance with university’s minimum points requirement - 120 UCAS points
- 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths, minimum grade C (grade 4) or equivalent
- Keen interest in developing Project Management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Desirable: Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle
