This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a customer service apprenticeship whilst earning a salary by gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor. As a Stellantis &You Apprentice, you will develop the ability to build relationships with our internal and external customers, order, sell and manage stock control on a wide range of parts and accessories, ensuring our workshops run smoothly by ensuring the correct parts are available and deliver first-class customer service. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the parts and aftersales business which will provide you with a strong foundation to make informed decisions, manage our customers and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organisation.
Are you the ONE?
You should have a minimum of GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent. In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted. You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You are organised and are good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.
