About This Role
You’ll be the person keeping everything moving, literally. In this customer-focused role, you’ll coordinate the hire and movement of our environmental municipal equipment, making sure everything is delivered on time, in great condition, and with the right paperwork in place. Work closely with sales, fleet and service teams to get the right kit out to the right place Coordinate deliveries and collections with internal drivers and third-party hauliers Manage documentation and compliance, including insurance and purchase orders Ensure customers have everything they need to keep things running smoothly Help grow our business by spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
About You
You’re organised, calm under pressure, and know your way around a hire contract. You enjoy dealing with people, solving problems, and getting things done.
