We’re hiring an Applied AI Scientist for a hands-on, senior technical role delivering AI solutions where cloud isn’t always an option.
This is about real application — working in secure, air-gapped, and complex environments where AI has to perform under constraint, not ideal conditions.

What you’ll do
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end
- Translate real user problems into technical solutions
- Run models in offline / constrained environments
- Work with GPU hardware and modern AI tooling
- Optimise for performance, scalability, and resilience
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience as an Applied AI Scientist / Data Scientist
- Excellent Python (production-quality engineering)
- Experience deploying AI without reliance on cloud services
- Understanding of modern ML techniques + performance trade-offs
- A pragmatic mindset with ownership and delivery focus
