Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities

- Build lightweight integrations and solutions using scripting where required
- Contribute to the development of best practices around AI usage and governance
Key Skills:
- 1–4 years’ experience in a hands-on, implementation-focused role (e.g. consulting, technology, or transformation)
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, or workflow solutions in a business environment
- Strong ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompting, and practical AI use cases
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Copilot, Power Platform) and/or modern data platforms preferred
- Background in financial services or similarly complex environments is beneficial but not essential

The Role
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, automation, and business processes. You will work closely with non-technical teams to identify high-impact use cases and implement practical AI-driven solutions using existing enterprise tools and platforms. The focus is on taking early-stage ideas and prototypes and turning them into scalable, production-ready workflows that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
Key Responsibilities
