Key Responsibilities:
- QC testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Documentation and monitoring of all QC activities.
- Ensuring adequate laboratory stocks for sample preparation.
- Supporting sales functions regarding samples and application work.
- Participating in product development and innovation projects.
- Liaising with contract manufacturers on quality issues.
- Testing product quality incidents and complaints.
- Cooperating with other departments for functionality and QC support.
- Implementing good filing practices on the server and Adisseo portal.
- Acting with integrity in line with the company code of conduct.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of QC systems, preferably in the feed industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP / Exact) is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and be results-driven.

Responsibilities Mission and main stakes : Member of the Technical/Market Access team. The Applications/QC Technician’s role is as follows. QC testing of raw materials and finished products. Documentation/Monitoring and all QC activities including raw materials, concentrates and finished product (Palatability/Apex) Ensuring laboratory stocks are adequate. Support the sales function regarding samples and application work. Support the product development/innovation projects and supply chain function. The Applications/QC Technician should participate to provide the necessary support to the various stake holders to enable the smooth running of the Chester laboratory ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Sample preparation and dispatch in support of sales including customer applications
- Responsible for ensuring adequate stocks are available to produce samples.
- QC testing of raw materials concentrates and finished products.
- Liaise with Contract manufacturer on Quality issues, supporting the QA function.
- Testing of product Quality incidents and complaints ensuring accurate documentation and testing to support the investigation process.
- Cooperate with other departments (product management, business development, production, supply chain, quality, registration, purchasing).
- Answer the needs of (internal) stakeholders and business partners in terms of functionality and Q C support.
- Support the Flavorist/ Palatability Development Manager re product development (sample prep,GC Testing)
- Implement and ensure good filing practices on the server and where applicable in the Adisseo portal.
- Respect good practices in line with the operational objectives of the business.
- Act with integrity in line with company code of conduct.
Qualifications Experience and Qualifications : Knowledge and or experience of QC systems preferably in the feed industry Knowledge of the Aroma Chemical industry Language knowledge English: fluent speaking & writing, additional language an advantage Practical knowledge of MS Office programs Practical knowledge of ERP is a plus (e.g., SAP / Exact) Excellent communication skills oral and written and the ability to interact with other members of the Technical/ Sales team. Strong organizational skills Work in matrix organization and network Ability to work independently and be results driven
