Summary: CK Group is seeking an Applications Product Specialist for a 9-month contract in the diagnostics industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of external and internal enquiries, either remotely or directly
- Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues
- Conducting and designing external/internal training
- Information and knowledge transfer
- On-site service activities – troubleshooting, installations, commissioning of instruments into routine use
Key Skills:
- Previous experience of working in a hospital/research laboratory setting
- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience
- Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background
- Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT, Bond, DAKO
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
- Full/clean driving licence & own transport

CK Group is recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 9 months.
Salary: Paying £200 - £230 per day PAYE or £265.27 - £305.06 per day UMBRELLA (inside IR35)
Applications Product Specialist Role:
