Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of external and internal enquiries, either remotely or directly
  • Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues
  • Conducting and designing external/internal training
  • Information and knowledge transfer
  • On-site service activities – troubleshooting, installations, commissioning of instruments into routine use

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a hospital/research laboratory setting
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting experience
  • Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background
  • Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT, Bond, DAKO
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
  • Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
  • Full/clean driving licence & own transport

CK Group is recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 9 months.

Salary: Paying £200 - £230 per day PAYE or £265.27 - £305.06 per day UMBRELLA (inside IR35)

Applications Product Specialist Role:

  • Handling of external and internal enquiries, either remotely or directly
  • Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues
  • Conducting and designing external/internal training
  • Information and knowledge transfer

Your Background:
