Job Description

Join our team as a contractor Applications Packaging Specialist for a 3-6 month period, working in a hybrid capacity with attendance at our Coventry office 2-3 days per week. This opportunity falls inside IR35 and involves engaging with a dynamic and large-scale enterprise environment.

• Develop and support complex application packaging solutions using SCCM, Intune, App-V, MSI, and AppX.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with internal teams and third-party providers at all organisational levels.
• Configure, implement, and support mission-critical systems, ensuring robust incident handling in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Analyse business processes to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain technical curiosity, ensuring continuous skills enhancement through exploration and assessment of new technologies.

• Proficiency in Applications Packaging, SCCM, Intune, App-V, MSI, and AppX.
• ITIL Foundation certification (minimum).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with configuring, implementing, and supporting complex solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager suite, Azure AD, and Cloud Management Gateway integration.
• Experience with DEP, MAM, MDM solutions, and Intune Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint management, and Active Directory.
• Expertise in Scripting languages such as PowerShell and VBScript.
• Comprehensive understanding of Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.
