Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support complex application packaging solutions using SCCM, Intune, App-V, MSI, and AppX.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with internal teams and third-party providers at all organisational levels.
- Configure, implement, and support mission-critical systems, ensuring robust incident handling in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Analyse business processes to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain technical curiosity, ensuring continuous skills enhancement through exploration and assessment of new technologies.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Applications Packaging, SCCM, Intune, App-V, MSI, and AppX.
- ITIL Foundation certification (minimum).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with configuring, implementing, and supporting complex solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager suite, Azure AD, and Cloud Management Gateway integration.
- Experience with DEP, MAM, MDM solutions, and Intune Autopilot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint management, and Active Directory.
- Expertise in Scripting languages such as PowerShell and VBScript.
