Peaple Talent have been engaged by a client in Taunton, Somerset to hire a contract engineer/developer to support them with a short-term contract which could extend or possibly progress into a permanent role. The main responsibility here is around internal application maintenance and support, developing their systems to mitigate bugs and respond to support tickets on their application estate. Stack wise – you will be working with C# , PowerShell and SQL with some basic front-end work with HTML , CSS , JavaScript . Their applications are hosted on Azure and you will be supporting their SharePoint environment too. Initially, this is a BAU/maintenance role with some projects looking to be delivered towards the end of the contract. Hybrid working with one or two days a week in Taunton, this role could extend beyond the term or even convert into a permanent position if that is of interest to you.
