• Support, monitor, and operate middle and back-office production applications and ETRM systems.

Key Skills:

• Experience as an Application Support Engineer / Analyst.
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and SQL.
• ETRM knowledge is ideal.
• Experience with end-of-day batch processing and business reporting.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of ITIL.
• Knowledge of Windows, SQL Server, and ideally PowerShell, VBA, and Power BI.
