Summary: The Application Support Specialist for Legal Technology will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing legal applications for a leading UK law firm. This position involves providing day-to-day application support, troubleshooting issues, and managing integrations while collaborating closely with the Product Owner. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal technology systems and a strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support across key legal technology platforms (Intapp, Aderant, iManage, etc.)
  • Managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with vendors where required
  • Assisting with configuration, workflow changes, and enhancement projects
  • Supporting system integrations and data feeds (e.g. Intapp Integration Builder)
  • Running SQL queries and supporting data reporting (Power BI experience a bonus)
  • Working closely with the Product Owner to gather requirements and test improvements

Key Skills:

  • Experience supporting or configuring Intapp or similar legal technology systems
  • Strong SQL skills for data queries and troubleshooting
  • Confident communicator who can engage with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Knowledge of Power BI, workflow configuration, or system integrations would be ideal
  • Self-starter who enjoys variety and working autonomously in a remote-first setup

Application Support Specialist – Legal Technology 12month FTC

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid – Primarily remote with occasional London office visits

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with experience supporting legal technology systems such as Intapp, iManage, Aderant, or Elite 3E ? We’re working with a leading UK law firm who are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their collaborative team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their legal applications. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner to provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and help deliver system improvements and enhancements. This role would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into both BAU support and hands-on configuration or workflow projects , and who has the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders across the business.
