Application Support

This role sits within a technology team responsible for supporting critical business applications across production environments.

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving application issues, performing root cause analysis, working closely with development and infrastructure teams, and ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of key systems.

The position offers exposure to complex enterprise applications, SQL-based data analysis, and collaboration with international support teams.

Key requirements:

• Strong application support experience within a production environment
• Excellent SQL skills, including Oracle, PL/SQL and/or T-SQL
• Knowledge of Windows-based environments and database technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous exposure to software development technologies such as C#/.NET would be advantageous
