Key Responsibilities:

  • Support users and internal teams in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Read and troubleshoot scripts including Unix shell, Bash, and UI scripts.
  • Analyze data structures using SQL queries and joins.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in application or technical support.
  • Confident with SQL – running queries, joins, and analyzing data structures.

Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Location: Staines, Surrey – Hybrid, 2 days onsite

Contract: 12-month PAYE | Inside IR35 - Paid on a weekly basis through us - Principle HR

Annual Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: 2 rounds – technical and managerial

About the role

You’ll join a technical support team focused on platform-level issues across both front and back end. Expect to work on cases related to reporting, upgrades, cloning, and database tables, supporting users and internal teams in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
