6 weeks rolling, London & Remote Working

Bench IT require an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working in London 4 days per week and the remaining 1 day remotely. The successful resource should have proven experience preciously working within the legal sector to support legal applications, with a focus in this case of supporting iManage.

  • Previous experience providing Application Support working within the legal sector is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge and experience supporting the iManage application
  • Experience of working in an application support and administration role.
  • Demonstrable experience mentoring junior team members and acting as a technical escalation point.
  • Expert-level knowledge in supporting, administering, and troubleshooting a diverse portfolio of business applications.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including expert-level administration of Office 365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
  • Strong foundation in security principles, with experience implementing and validating security controls in an application context.
  • Proven experience as a trusted technical advisor to VIPs and senior leadership, with exceptional executive-level communication skills.
