Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for financial services with a focus on EQD products and algorithmic trading principles.
- Manage incidents and problems effectively within a trading environment.
- Utilize knowledge of systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) and databases (Oracle SQL) for troubleshooting.
- Understand production processes, including change and release management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the criticality of trading applications is maintained.
