Network IT are looking for an Application Support Developer, someone who will join a leading Birmingham-based organisation to support a dynamic application support function. You will lead a specific subset of applications and systems for a critical service, ensuring the environment continues to perform to high standards.
This role is initially an 18-Month Fixed-Term opportunity and will require you to be on-site in Birmingham once a week, please ensure you are OK with both criteria before applying.
Role Overview
In leading against the systems and applications of this specific function, you will be involved in application support for their users, alongside broader environment projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Due to the technical nature of the environment, support of their systems will require you to have some level of software development skills so you can ensure said systems remain performative, and you can contribute to continuous improvement.
Additionally, if you have any experience managing library management systems, this is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
