Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Production and UAT environments using proactive monitoring tools
  • Investigating, owning, and resolving production incidents

  • Performing root cause analysis and preventing issue recurrence
  • Working independently and prioritising tasks during overnight shifts
  • Updating system configuration across environments
  • Participating in incident, client service, and technology meetings

Application Support Analyst - UK - Linux/SQL/Production Support (12-Month FTC)

TrinIT Talent are looking for an Application Support Analyst to come on board on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London (Hybrid working) providing overnight application support for a leading FinTech.

This role is paying a competitive FTC salary + benefits and requires overnight working (23:00-08:00 UK time) following an initial onboarding period.

Job Description:-

This role will provide UK based overnight application support for a business-critical production platform. During the first 3-month onboarding period, you will work UK daytime hours to receive comprehensive training and gain full familiarity with the application, systems, and business processes.

Once onboarded, you will transition to an overnight support schedule, taking handover at the start of your shift and handing back to the UK team at the end.

You will be responsible for monitoring production systems, handling incidents, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring a consistently high level of service to both internal teams and external clients.

The applications include Server Side data processing components, data gateway systems, and Internet facing services delivered via an interactive user interface.
