We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our Support Team. You will answer calls and support tickets relating to clinical systems and will be responsible for ensuring that all Diagnostic and Pharmacy clinical systems are supported. You will be required to assist the Lead Applications Support Analyst with collecting and reporting on performance by providing a quality service to users of the clinical systems. Excellent customer services skills and attention to detail are key to this role. You will be part of a team who ensures that users are able to work effectively with supported clinical systems in use across the NCA. You will assess and respond to user queries, providing solutions to reported problems, as well as supporting the configuration & maintenance of the digital applications. You will acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the systems/applications and provide advice and support to assist departmental managers and colleagues when appropriate and share this knowledge within the digital team. You will escalate any issues to your line manager and provide relevant data as required.
