Summary: The Application Support Analyst will provide essential support for key trading applications within a London-based financial services firm specializing in commodities trading. This role involves collaborating with software providers and users to resolve issues, support system upgrades, and conduct user training. The position is office-based for five days a week and is initially contracted for three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support users across the business with key trading applications such as Trading Technologies (TT), Trinity, and LMETrader.
- Collaborate with software providers to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
- Assist in system upgrades and report user issues.
- Conduct user training on applications.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience supporting Trinity, LMETrader, or Trading Technologies (TT).
- SQL knowledge and previous scripting experience.
- Good knowledge of databases.
- Experience writing scripts to solve or automate tasks.
