Key Responsibilities:

  • Support game developers and partners via ticketing systems with fast, accurate solutions
  • Help deliver operational readiness for game releases, updates, and partner milestones
  • Execute SOPs across partner access, dev hardware, releases, support, and live events
  • Maintain and improve knowledge bases used by global developer teams
  • Contribute to developer communications (announcements, forums, bulletins)
  • Support developer events, showcases, and technical conferences
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to improve tools and partner experience

Key Skills:

  • Background in Gaming/Gaming Industry
  • Knowledge of modern SW
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in technical or operational environments
  • Ability to juggle multiple issues (like a live service launch weekend…)
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A detail-driven, partner-first mindset
  • Confidence learning new tools and systems quickly
  • Experience managing multiple projects and using Jira (including admin/config)
  • Genuine passion for games and the game development process
  • Fluent Japanese (written and spoken)

About the Role
As an Account Supporter, you'll support PlayStation partners-developers and publishers-by delivering high-quality operational and technical assistance through DevNet and the Help Center, ensuring they can build, test, and launch smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Support game developers and partners via ticketing systems with fast, accurate solutions

  • Maintain and improve knowledge bases used by global developer teams
