Summary: The role of Application Support Analyst involves providing technical and functional support within a major investment bank in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitoring the system
- Configuring the system
- Analysing and resolving production support technical and functional issues
- Fielding questions from all CIT personnel including traders, marketers, risk managers, and middle office and keeping them informed of system issues and changes affecting them
- Logging incidents
Key Skills:
- Front to back process experience
- Knowledge on commodities/PNL/Pricing is a plus
- Python or other programming skills
- Intermediate level relational database and SQL skills are required
